Muy buen personal, atentos al 100%. Todos son muy amables. El hotel en muy acogedor, habitaciones amplias, solo falta un Frigobar. En Guatemala es mejor usar Uber, sale más cómodo.

Excelente servicio, personal atento, educado, incluso recibimos mensaje previo a nuestra llegada, dándonos la bienvenida. Nos permitieron un early check in, la habitación limpia, el hotel es preciso y su ubicación es inmejorable!
