This charming and historical inn is a traditional bed and breakfast. If you don’t mind sharing bathrooms with others, you will love this comfy and cozy home. The house manager brings you a giant and gorgeous breakfast in the morning — you arrange the time that makes you happy. Regarding room #9, it’s a generously sized room with a king and twin bed. It was the only room available at the time of booking and I don’t recall reading anywhere that it is the only room on the first floor and there is no bathroom on the first floor. So we had to go up to the second or third floor to use a bathroom — even in the middle of the night.

This is a lovely Guesthouse. My room was just perfect for me. It has good personality. Also great location for food and going on the whale tours. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We managed to book last minute following a change of plan due to the storm. We spent one night there in one of the two room on the last floor which was lovely, very cosy. Thank you!

beautifully kept house, with a lovely host. even though it’s listed as a shared bathroom, the toilet and actual shower (with another toilet) are separate so we didn’t really feel any inconvenience. The beds were comfortable and the views from around the house are beautiful. Location is also perfect if you’re going whale watching. our only regret is not staying in Husavik longer!
