We booked through a second site to stay at this hotel which was a mistake I would recommend calling the hotel directly after paying thousands of dollars to stay for one night we were told we need to spend another $300 when we got there as a resort fee which I was not happy about it all the place was beautiful and it was great for couples the rooms were very separate I did book a bi-level suite and that's not what I got but the room was very nice there was some food left in the fridge which we did not care for the room wasn't cleaned that great but the room itself was absolutely beautiful and the location is very nice it is one building away from the beach and the best part about it was they do have a parking lot which is extremely hard to come by in Key West but unfortunately they did charge us $80 to keep our second car there which I wasn't happy about either so we were charged almost $500 when we got there which was a huge disappointment.

This place is so clean and beautiful inside it’s really nice me and my sister and friends had a great time here. The pool guy was so nice

We had an exceptional stay! The hosts were very knowledgeable about the area and made sure our stay was comfortable. Sheets were changed daily and the cleaning staff really went above and beyond keeping things fresh. 10/10 stay.

Very Pleasant Stay, Normal Minor Issues
We had a very pleasant weekend at the Santa Maria suites. If you happen to be, a middle aged, travel-friendly couple, as we are, you will find yourself right at home. Bobbi at the front desk and Valentina at the pool went above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay. Only minor issues were hot water running out very quickly (maintenance came - didn’t happen again). Shower stall is *very* tiny, and we are not especially large people. Washer/dryer in the suite is a much appreciated convenience.

Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Pool is ok and no other amenities. Extremely overhyped
