An unexpected surprise located in the middle of nowhere between Keetmanshoop and Luderitz. Comfortable, clean accommodation with super friendly staff. This place has such an interesting history and an evening conversation with the owner is worth the visit.

AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We had the pleasure as a family of 6 to stay 3 nights in this unique Hotel. The owner and staff have made this stone-walled off-the-beaten track oasis in the middle of Southern Namibia into a destination. You are out in the middle of a dry, hot, rocky landscape and this hotel has a unique bar with cold drinks - anything you could want alcoholic or non. It has a wide terrace with the owners handcrafted gorgeous furniture and a cool pool to relax in. We spent every afternoon playing in the pool and enjoying our drinks. The dinners were delicious and presented with class. The friendly staff was accommodating and gracious. The stars are spectacular! Every morning you have a lovely full hot breakfast that we all ate up and enjoyed. You’ll enjoy each unique room as they are placed all around the main building. Carefully walk up and down the stairs (motion lights guide you) and around the place. They were in a drought, so maybe not as lush as normal, but you can see the landscaping will come back with the rain. It’s a desert! We had the family room with A/C at the top of the tower and it had a large patio to view the valley, stars and surrounds. We enjoyed talking and getting to know the staff and owner. The owner has a large farm and we DEFINITELY plan on returning for a BIG GAME HUNT. It would be an experience of a lifetime. We highly recommend this space. It’s unique, interesting and exactly what you want when traveling to Namibia!
