Casa Campana

We arrived soaking wet on a rainy night and were kindly greeted by Jim. He offered us towels to dry off and glasses of wine to warm up! The place is beautiful and used to be part of the nearby palace. Jim explained the history of Casa Campana while showing us its many architectural treasures. We were given an upgraded apartment which was authentically decorated and very comfortable for our two-day stay. Breakfast was offered at ten euro per person and was deliciously filling. Isabel made sure to include some traditional items on our tray. Although the weather wasn’t conducive to eating on the terrace, the view was beautiful! We enjoyed exploring Arcos, and the walking guide they provided was both informative and fascinating!
