I recently stayed at Lotusa by Swiss-Belhotel Batulicin and had a very pleasant experience overall. The highlight of this hotel is definitely its unique architecture and room design. The building feels like a palace, combining classic elegance with modern touches. From the exterior to the interior details, everything appears thoughtfully designed and visually impressive. The room was amazing, stylish, spacious, and very comfortable. What made the stay even better was the staff. They were consistently courteous, warm, and professional. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. Another pleasant surprise was the complimentary minibar. The drinks and snacks were provided free of charge, which is a thoughtful touch that not many hotels offer. We also received welcome fruits in the room, and the quality was excellent. They were fresh and nicely presented. That said, there are a couple of things to consider. The location is slightly remote from the city center, so it may not be the most convenient if you prefer staying close to shops or restaurants. Also, our room unfortunately had no view at all, only trees and bushes, which was a bit disappointing considering how beautiful the building is. Overall, if you are looking for a peaceful stay with impressive architecture, generous amenities, and excellent service, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Staff were very friendly, greeted with refreshing welcome drinks & desserts inside room. Only downside is the room is a little hot when entering, possibly due to extreme hot weather.
