I’m not a picky person! Cheap and easy hotel. Easier to walk to some places than drive so good location. Bring bug spray (for bugs) Bring vinegar (to clean & also helps with bugs) disinfectant spray (clean and disinfect) and strong tape! (In case of holes in wall/baseboard gaps/etc that will let bugs in. Pro tip - bugs don’t like cold air (ACs work really well) and lights! Overall, I still stay here because the pricing is by far the best anywhere around. And since I carry that kind of stuff for my job anyways, (plus I’m OCD) I already have the things to prepare my room before I settle down here or any hotel for that matter. Additionally, if you’re a consistent hotel stayer, doing these things more now means you won’t have to do it/worry about it later! It helps the overall facility stay maintained and the staff will appreciate your help as well and who knows when you may need them on your side in a pinch!

Definitely Wasn't The Worst I've Been To
It definitely is going by the name of the hotel Best Value . All I have to say is roaches Big, small, medium they are definitely waiting. I was in the restroom and saw baby roaches in the tub .
