Wir wollten zur Allianz Arena für das bts Konzert , unsere Ansicht in kurz : Gut : - Dusche sauber und groß genug - Frühstück war vielfältig - direkt coffee fellows im Hotel - direkt 3 min zu Fuß bus Haltestelle , Rewe , dm , Subway - 10 min mit Taxi zur Allianz Arena - Mitarbeiter waren nett Nicht so gut : - Bett war sehr klein (2 einzelbetten) - es kam irgendwie nie jemand um das Zimmer sauber zu machen (Mittwoch bis Montag) dem entsprechend wurden die Handtücher auch nicht ausgetauscht .

Good value of stay
Friendly staff, and generally clean. Great breakfast value of money. Location is a bit far from downtown and i have to take the tram for more than 30 minutes to get there. Overall is good to stay if you don’t mind the location.

Terrible staff with attitude except few people
One receptionist that was German was very efficient and polite, yet another not German was extremely rude, tried to argue with a client instead of helping...was impatient. Cleaning staff on 2nd floor was happy to argue and not to assist, lile a way of avoiding any customer service or not even have a clue of the customers service, as apparently the room is cleaned once in 3 days...yet, when I simply asked for new towels or paper tissue, it took forever to bring so I had to go again and get it myself as staff was talking to each other and avoiding helping

Missing basic things for the room
The hotel does not provide a kettle or coffee and tea. The mattress is very soft that is bad for one’s back. The oil heater is not working despite mentioning to the front desk personnel. Was told to turn to the max setting but it is not working. Location wise is not very convenient. My observation is that the hotel is most suited to business travel. If you are on holiday, I do not recommend this hotel. Also, it charges Euro15 per day for parking your car. Besides paying, one have to go to the front desk to get a new parking ticket. I’m sure in today’s world, one could easily program the ticket for the duration of the stay. However, the breakfast is pretty good.
