Rooms are spacious and clean, location is very good, staff are friendly, especially Mayar form guest relations, and the lady at the Gym. On the other hand, distance between main entrance and the nearest point the car can reach is so far, bell man are not available most of the time at check in and check out and security has to walk all the way to reception to call them. A bit annoying specially on hot weather.

Well, I was thinking soon as my trip to Alexandria, Egypt has ended, that I need to detail my review to exactly share my stay experience. The hotel is the newest hotel in Alexandria, which is a lovely coastal city that long suffered from negligence in terms of upgrading its tourism and hotels facilities. The hotel is brand new and with this term you can expect literally everything is new, from the interior decorations, to the rooms setup even though few glitches like the outside door panel which has the door bell and it is completely electronic and it was not working , so it is like having a Mercedes but you did not install air condition inside it. If you are one of the deep sleep you will be extremely annoyed by the way the hotel has decided to protect its bed amenities like pillows, Duvet Cover and Mattress, there was a genius who invented all inside protector cover to be insulating by using Mattress, Pillows and Duvet with Rubber to insulate and protect these bed items, of course which you put your head on the pillow you will hear sounds like you are sleeping on paper boards or hard plastics, the WORST I have ever seen in any hotel in the world and I have been in too many actually. Food is not impressive, humble breakfast but the hotel main restaurant needs to be redesigned as once you enter it, you feel like you are entering a public charity food serving, this setup needs to be redesigned and the tables shape and chairs need to be completely changed. You can tell, that the staff is in a learning mode due to the new state of the hotel, but you need to reconsider your kitchen chefs and the serving staff. When I booked, I booked 2 junior sweets and I have specifically asked for connected rooms, when I landed in the hotel, the reception has broken the news to me, that this type of rooms are not basically equipped with a connecting option. I think the hotel experience was not that bad, but the hotel management needs really to rethink the bits and pieces I have managed to review in here in order for this hotel to really shine more. Hotel was very clean. Hotel staff were very polite however housekeeping was a little slow at times. Facilities were up to date and clean at all times. My family really enjoyed their stay here, breakfast was great with good variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

relaxing stay. Breakfast can be better, especially the falafel in the city that spread falafel to the world. The room was big and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
