Flora Apartment Hotel

We stayed for 4 nights and were happy with their services and cleanliness. But only negative thing was its room size was small and there was no grocery shop nearby.

The apartment was cosy and homely, and included a kitchen which was useful to cook meals. Given we were on the first floor, there was good privacy with a balcony and street view. Everything was clean and tidy and well equipped with cutlery and essentials. There was a laundry washer and dryer which was easy and convenient to use. It was a 10 minute walk to metro station but easy to find the hotel. But when checking in there was slight issues as instructions were not received beforehand - this was quickly resolved as staff responded to phone call immediately and promptly gave us access to our apartment :) would recommend this place for stay in copenhagen

I booked the room right before I got to the place. so we called and asked staff if there's parking available at the building and she said yes, but we needed to do the booking and she said she would do it for us and when we got there, we were in rush because we needed to get to the restaurant soon but we wanted to check in first so we walked to the door but it's self checking so the staff gave me the password to the main door so after we got in the main door, we walked to the room which was room23 on the second floor and the staff told us to use the same password with the main door to the room door, but it didn't work. we tried like 30 times and it didn't work at all so we called the staff again. so she insisted the same password, but we tried 10 more time and it still didnt work so she agreed to generate a new password for us. and when she sent us the new password, the new password also didn't work and we were so late already for the restaurant. And because we were in rush to the restaurant, the staff told us that we could get the physical key on the basement in the mailbox so we did that so we could get the physical key and get in the room with the key and when we got back, we couldn't use the same password for the main door. I mean the first password and also the second password and she told us to use the physical key to the main door and the physical key couldn't even get in the keyhole and its made us a really difficult night and one more thing when we got back and we wanted to park our car at the building parking cus at first we parked our car in front of the building because we just parked like 5-10 minutes just to check in so when we came back at night, we wanted to park the car and at thr parking so we didnt get tickets and we called the staff again and asked where we could park again cus we didnt get the direction and password for it yet but the staff said we needed to book the parking that we were informed that she would book for us since 7-8 hours ago before we got back to the building. so we got back after nightout and couldnt get to the parking so we needed to park outside on the side road and we got ticket to pay for the fine in the morning!!!
