“A great budget-friendly stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was not that much helpful and the overall experience was ok ok The hotel offers good facilities at a reasonable price. “The hotel is budget-friendly and decent for the price, but it doesn’t really give a luxury feel. The stay was comfortable and suitable for a short trip, but don’t expect a premium or luxurious experience.” overall good clean compact room less space for two people it is ok.There was leakage from the toilet in our bathroom, which was not resolved even after we complained three times. We had to stay with the issue for a full day before they finally changed our room. There was also a lot of noise from people outside, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, the service and maintenance need significant improvement. There was leakage from the toilet in our bathroom, which was not resolved even after we complained three times. There is something not in the hotel which is in the description. They didn't offer welcome drink because they told me we don't have it because of low occupancy in hotel Also there is not swimming pool inside hotel. They have a partner hotel vivanta, they told me you can use swimming pool over there. It's irritating to listen something like this. Also I got the room with faulty door lock, after some taking some time to repair I had to ask for new room. So the hotel is good, breakfast is good. But it's not as I expected

It's worth staying at Ginger, support of staff is good. Good ambience and cleanliness. Amenities are good.

Instead of choosing the stay in the tent-city or any other 2-star hotel I would recommend this 3-star hotel as it has the best facilities in the budget. It is very close to the bus-stop (walkable distance) where SU buses stops. Also the breakfast was very good, it had many options and all things were tasty. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

For business travel, I stayed in many Ginger Hotels in multiple states. But the experience at Ginger Ekta nagar was not good. I have pre booked the twin bed room. At the time of check in told that rooms not available wait for some time. We waited for almost an hour in lobby for the room. Then in photo we can see the room we got. It was used room by someone. Then after half n hour room got cleaned. After almost 4 hrs we are being shifted to the room for which we had done booking. Very mismanagement observed.
