Good location - it's located very near eateries & a hypermart. The room is very dated & very basic, comfortable & clean (but I found random ants on the bed). Good for a very short stay. Guests are given a door access card to unlock the main door. There's no lift, though. The only annoying thing I experienced was hearing kids running & screaming outside the hallway from my room everyday

Not Many Hotels In The Area
The room is cozy and clean for staying during training program in a place nearby. Convenience shops and places to east are just a short walk away. The internet is good and the bed is comfortable.

Hotel need maintenance
The hotel is quite old and appears to be poorly maintained. The room is rather small, but the bed sheets are clean. There are visible cracks on the walls, and the paint is peeling off. However, it is good that the hotel provides water filters for guests to use.

Clean and good security
Staff was okay. Facility was good. Got iron room. Coway/Cuckoo. Near with supermarket and shops. Near marrybrown. Good security system. Parking spot got a lot. Just my room the a/c got leaking. But despite that, everything was good.

My personal comment
The room was cleaned daily, which is a positive aspect of my stay. However, the staff were not very friendly, and this affected the overall experience. In addition, the price seems slightly high compared to other budget hotels in different locations that offer similar or even better service.
