I pre-booked a room through Agoda for my convenience, but after a long and exhausting journey, I arrived only to be told that my booking was not confirmed. One of the hotel's representatives even claimed that they were not registered with Agoda and that someone was scamming people using their hotel's name. They made my family wait outside while they dealt with the issue. It was shocking to see how confidently they kept giving misleading information. Even though I had already paid for my room through Agoda, they still insisted that I pay again for my stay. Since my family and I were exhausted after traveling, I had no choice but to pay more to the same property to stay. After I submitted a complaint to Agoda stating that the property had refused to let me check in, Agoda contacted the hotel. Suddenly, the hotel's story changed. They apologized and said, sorry, we can honor your stay. This was a complete contradiction to what they had initially told me, that they were not even registered with Agoda and that someone was fraudulently using their name. It gave the impression that they were using me as leverage to pressure Agoda regarding payment. Later that night, they promised to refund the amount I had paid directly and asked me to settle a bill equal to the Agoda booking amount instead. The room itself was in terrible condition. There was no privacy, as the windows could easily be opened from the outside by anyone. The amenities were of very poor quality, internet access was extremely limited, and the Wi-Fi never worked anywhere on the property during my stay. What was most disappointing was the way we were treated after arriving from a long journey. No traveler should have to face this kind of stress and uncertainty after paying in advance for accommodation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. Never go there.

They refused online payment even i was having receipt. Maybe there property is rented here by someone else
