Family stayed on 3-4 June
The hotel is located on the highway, which may be convenient for some travelers, but the overall facilities did not justify a 3-star rating. Car parking is not available within the hotel premises; guests have to use a nearby government parking area. The hotel is situated on the third floor, and there is no lift, making it inconvenient for families, senior citizens, and guests with luggage. The staff strength very limited, Overall, the property felt more like a 1-star hotel.

We were very satisfied with the helpful staff that made the check-in process easier than other Hotel and that helped us clarify how to get to Dharamshala. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom as well.
