Casa Bonita

We stayed in the property for 3 nights and it was overall a mixed experience , keeping in mind the location and other factors involved. Pros ------ 1. Beautiful property with good quality staff with equally good behaviour. 2. Quality of breakfast meal was really good 3. Good kitchen area provided for an all round family arrangement 4. Bonfire was arranged in the second night . Cons ------ 1. The property is located at a secluded area with wild animals at bay making it impossible to venture outside at night. 2. There is no food option after 5 pm with only Swiggy , zomato coming to rescue 3. The bed wasn't perfectly sizable mostly a queen size bed 4. If you opt for mountain view rooms the covering up of stairs will make sure you lose quite some weight .

But reaching the location is tough but nice place to stay and relax and enjoy the view

Good for someone who want to stay in or near tea garden. Found little bit expensive given the facilities l.

Mangement was not at all reasonable, they had empty rooms with valley view which we choose and opted and paid extra for this rooms, but they gave us a different room with no view of the valley at all, we go there to relax thinking that our room has a lovely view and we can relax with a book and coffee, but all in vain, the management should rectify this with exact views and names for there rooms, or else they are gonna face this issues every day.

We had a pleasant stay at Casa Bonita. The food was awesome, with good quality and taste, and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. A few areas could be improved to enhance the guest experience. Having a dedicated manager available to understand and address guests' needs would be beneficial. Additionally, a proper arrangement for transporting luggage from the parking area to the rooms would add convenience. Although the staff willingly helped by manually carrying the luggage, a more structured system would make the process smoother. Overall, it was a good experience with excellent food and supportive staff, and with a few improvements, the stay can become even better. 😊
