Hotel Silvora Inn

This is a budget hotel with reasonably good facilities, seemingly run by a father-and-son duo. I faced an issue with my booking — when I arrived, I realized the reservation had been made for a future date. Since it was under Agoda’s non-cancellation clause, I initially received little help from their customer support. However, the owner-manager, Mr. ***, went out of his way to contact Agoda directly and successfully corrected the booking date. His effort and genuine concern for guests deserve appreciation. I would also like to warn Agoda customers: when searching for the Agoda helpline number on Google, two fraudulent numbers appear at the top of the results. The official toll-free customer care number for Agoda in India is 000 800 0501 620 (or 000 800 050 1620). When I mistakenly called one of the fraudulent numbers, they asked me to download and install an APK file. Thankfully, Mr. *** noticed this and stopped me from proceeding, potentially saving me from a serious problem. Overall, Hotel Silvora Inn provided good facilities and excellent support from the management. My advice to fellow travelers is to be cautious when contacting Agoda and ensure you use the correct helpline number.

Good for solo traveller coming for work for short stay

Agoda page show many nearby places within 2-3KM range like Airport, Bhopal Lake etc. however in reality, google map shows it far from hotel. like Airport is 10+km away, Bhopal Lake is 8KM away. I had booked it seeing it's 2KM from Airport because I had to catch early morning flight, I had to pay more on taxi + 20 min travelling time in wee hours. Not recommended for if you are looking to catch a flight.
