very bad experience. the room was not cleaned and they gave us a very dirty room and the pillow cover n everything was very dirty. i will never visit this hotel every again because wen i told the staff to change the bedsheet n pillow cover they didnt even listen. Nothing is good in this hotel.

I never stayed with messy and dirty rooms on urgent requirement stayed 1 hr ..there is no proper response from staff and my suggestion don't go and stay

I planned to book a room at this hotel, but unfortunately, I couldn’t complete the booking initially. So, I went inside the hotel and booked the room online from there itself. However, the staff were extremely rude to me and insisted that online bookings were not allowed. One of the staff members finally said, "If you've already booked it, then take this room key." When I entered the room, I was shocked. The pillow and bedsheet were filthy—completely covered in black stains. Then, when I lifted the blanket, I discovered a bloodstain. I nearly vomited. I immediately went to the reception and informed them. At first, they denied it, saying it was just a mark, until I showed them a photo—only then did they acknowledge it was indeed a bloodstain. The level of cleanliness was absolutely pathetic. I will never visit this place again and would not recommend it to anyone. They then gave me another room key, but even that room had stains. Since it was already very late at night, I had no other option but to stay. At least this one didn’t have bloodstains. Despite the claims on the website, there was no free Wi-Fi, no AC, and no TV. Please don’t visit this place. When I was checking out, I told the staff that I had left the key inside the room. They said there would be a ₹1300 deduction! I explained that all hotels usually have spare keys—why don’t they? I had to wait as they brought a box full of keys and made me try each one, one by one, to open the door. The entire experience—from check-in to check-out—lasted barely 10 hours, and I ended up paying around ₹1200 for this nonsense. I still can’t believe it. Totally not worth it.
