Heart of Mother Earth (HOME) Resort

I booked 2 rooms initially but when we got there it's really bad, AC is hardly working and you have to climb stairs to get to the 4rth floor! About to cancel but receptionist offered a better unit good for 8 near a private pool so our stay became more pleasant. Thank you

The place and location is so great and fresh since there’s alot of plants which I love it. Shout out to the staffs who made our holiday more satisfying kasi super friendly nila, very accomodating and marunong silang ngumiti kahit maraming ginagawa. Though the maintenance of the place is a little bit off, we noticed that the rooms were not maintained well,may mga konting sira ang walls, also ung pool ,okay na kaso I recomment that someone will atleast clean and maintain the pool well since mejo papunta na sa pagiging fish pond ung kulay ng tubig dun sa adult pool. But overall , very good ang stay namen , siguro ung sa cleanliness and maintenance ang need ng improvement.

The Staffs are accomodating and approachable, the free breakfast is sulit and the unli refill coffee. To improve: the aesthetic of the rssort to be instagramable anfd the pool access, adult pool is not avaialble. THANKS TO THE MANAGEMENT WE HAF A NICE AND WARM STAY.

Definitely not going back, this is the worst resort I visited in my entire life. Family room for 8pax is located at 3f. Said room has supposed to be with water dispenser and other kitchen stuff. The receptionist asked us to carry the water dispenser from their office up to 3rd floor. She said they only have women staff, their men staff will clock in the evening that's they want us to carry everything. When we requested for 2nd water gallon on our 2nd day, they again asked us to carry it ourselves. The room is at the 3rd floor but it has incomplete amenities. Everything should be there upon check in if they don't want to carry it in peak hours. The receptionist's way to relay these things also didn't help. She smirked at us as if everything is our fault. No customer service personality at all. The one that also pissed me off is that their pool for adults is dirty because they said the filter is not working. When I asked them upon arriving when it'll be fixed (we have 3D2N stay), they said it was currently being fixed. But I don't see anyone fixing it. On the day of our check out, pool is still not fixed. They're lying to the guests to avoid complaints but that is the worst thing that you will do to your customers. Again, definitely not going back, this is the worst resort I visited in my entire life.
