The property offers good value for money, with a convenient location close to shopping facilities and ample parking available for guests. The staff were friendly, helpful, and contributed positively to the overall stay. The room and facilities generally met expectations, making it a practical choice for travellers seeking comfort and convenience. However, there are several areas that could be improved. The bed sheet had noticeable stains, which affected the overall cleanliness experience. The pillows were too soft and lacked adequate support for a comfortable sleep. There were also quite a number of ants found inside the room, which should be addressed to improve guest comfort and hygiene. In addition, both the hotel common areas and guest rooms would benefit from a fresher and more pleasant fragrance to create a more welcoming atmosphere. Overall, despite these shortcomings, the stay was comfortable and reasonably priced, with potential for a much better guest experience if the highlighted issues are addressed.

saya tersilap booking hotel ini pada 12 sept…saya sepatutnya check in 15 sept…saya telah whatsapp kepada staff hotel memaklumkan kesilapan tarikh booked…staff tetap simpan satu bilik terakhir kepada kami sekeluarga walaupun saya tersilap booked tarikh…terima kasih RS inn…bilik bersih dan selesa tidak bau hapak…tandas pun bersih

Strategically located next to the main road to the border, easy to find. Check in was smooth and warm. Enough parking for 5 to 6 cars infront of the hotel. Room was clean, spaciuos with comfy bed. No nearby eateries so definitely need to drive for food. Good stay overall.

I had to go to Pasir Mas recently for an urgent job..need to find a place to stay as I reached Kelantan at night.. Luckily Agoda apps suggest me this hotel .. Everything looks good...spacious room with strong wifi and water pressure..they also have an iron for those who needed.. Very spacious parking and it's situated by the main road ..so convenient.. Will return to stay here on my next working trip.
