The WiFi was not usable even after entering the correct password, which also caused the TV to be completely unusable since it relies on internet connection. There was no phone charger provided, so travellers must bring their own, especially for emergencies. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and provided good service. Overall, the hotel needs to improve its basic amenities to offer a more comfortable stay. WiFi tidak boleh digunakan walaupun sudah masukkan password, membuatkan TV langsung tak berfungsi kerana bergantung pada internet. Tiada phone charger disediakan, jadi traveller perlu bawa sendiri untuk kecemasan. Namun begitu, layan­an staff sangat baik dan mesra. Hotel perlu meningkatkan kemudahan asas untuk pengalaman menginap yang lebih selesa.

The hotel looks clean at first, but finding two cockroaches inside the room completely ruined our experience. It also made us worried that there might be more cockroaches around the room, so we could not feel comfortable during our stay. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and improves its pest control

This is not my first stay at this hotel. I have been a regular guest since the days when it was known as the Sunflower Hotel, and it has always been my preferred place to stay whenever I visit my in-laws in Kuala Selangor. However, my most recent stay was slightly disappointing. This time, we booked through Agoda and selected the Family Standard room. Based on the photos shown on the app, the room appeared to have a window. Upon check-in, we were assigned a room without a window, which felt quite suffocating. While the receptionist (very polite and helpful) explained that the Family Standard room is indeed without a window, and that a Family Room must be selected to get one, this information was not clearly reflected in the booking photos. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms for us to upgrade at the time. I hope the hotel management can be more transparent and ensure that the photos and descriptions used on booking platforms accurately reflect the actual rooms. This would help manage guest expectations better and avoid similar disappointments in the future

Waited 15min. The receptionist don't know go where. I have to go look for him. Found him in 1 room... Then he kept playing his phone like WhatsApp and chat with someone. Very bad. Hotel should sack this kind of staff
