Location is perfect as it is located at a good location nearby walking distance to Kangar Mall and shophouses. Front Desk are friendly and accomodative towards request for hairdryer and wifi password Theres a couple of downsides. You have to accept else move on 1) Room size is too small in my case. Queen size bed room without window, and space to walk. Main room lighting is only 1 main wall light. Some led lights drop off and dangling. Mind you, it is not that old this “hotel”. Upkeeping needs improving 2) Public carpark without cctv nearby, prone on theft. Leave no valuables in car 3) since this is a happening area, outdoor noise might be lively till pass 12midnight. 4) bed is very soft with very squeeky bedframes. Slight movement, made a lot of sound ! Perlis tourism n hospitalism needs to improve if they want to attract visitors and tourist. At this rate, i doubt so. Even Alor Setar itself is still better. Always have issue finding proper place to stay in Perlis

I was a bit unsure whether my experience was unusual, as most reviews seem positive. However, I did encounter a few inconveniences during my stay. Firstly, guests are required to remove their shoes at the entrance, which may not be comfortable for everyone. Secondly, if you are assigned a room on the second floor, do note that the reception is located on the first floor, and there is no lift. This may be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with children. The room felt slightly stuffy to me, although I understand this can be typical for boutique hotels. I also experienced issues with the WiFi, as it kept disconnecting, and there is no in-room phone to contact the receptionist directly. That said, the location is excellent and a major plus point. It is conveniently located near malls, various shops, and even a bus station, making it very accessible and easy to get around. Overall, this is a boutique hotel with very affordable pricing. The stay is acceptable for the value offered, but if you have similar concerns, these are points you may wish to consider before booking.

1. very noisy can hear people talking & motorist pass by @late night . 2. the room is not safety. Once you open the door then if you r not careful surely you can fall down and same go to toilet. Cant imagine if we have older or children it’s not practical. The photo can explain details . 3. we have to take off our shoes to enter their premises and no slippers is provided.

Good place to stay for short term stay for those who come to Perlis for work or holiday. Friendly and helpful staff who approach guest with smile. Hotel surrounded with Mall, restaurants, street food centre and shops that make stay more meaningful and convenient. Safety likewise is also good and commendable. Will definitely come back again.
