Stayed there for 2 days 1 night, like the set up, it's a wow effect when I first saw it. I think hotel is still setting up more facilities as there's only a pool now. A few suggestions: increase variety of food for breakfast, install fans at the restaurant , build access pavement to the beach from room balcony. I can't walk out to the beach directly while it's right in front. There's no beach area to stroll or play. Suggest to clean up the beach area: clear debris n stones and rocks, so that it's a proper beach resort. Room tap water is salty , can make it non salty ? To Provide a small safe and fridge in the room. The small road leading to hotel property , install street lights. Hope the hotel keeps improving thks!

The hotel is far below average’s, even if compared to twice cheaper hotels in Indonesia. Such a facility should be around 30-50 euro per night, up to 70-90 considering the location. Receptionists lack proper training and experience.

The only real USP is the view and overall ambience. The service was below average, while both the food and facilities were fairly mediocre. It would also be greatly appreciated if food orders were still available after 8 PM (as promised it should be 9pm). For an input extending dining hours would add significant value for hotel guests looking for late snacks or meals.

Nirva Ocean House bukan sekadar tempat menginap, tapi tempat untuk kembali menemukan ketenangan. Lautnya indah, pelayanannya hangat, dan suasananya tak tergantikan.

Way overpriced on every asapect of this hotel. The only positive is the room itself which was clean and with good bed. But the island is not great for swimming (no natural lagoon). Access to sea to an almost dead coral reef through a long and ugly mudflat. Food is terrible. Staff is nice but sometimes a bit helpless. I would have been Ok with those flaws if I had paid ***. Not when I paid *** per night which is more than a 5 stars hotel in Jakarta.
