Westgate Branson Lakes at Emerald Pointe Resort

Westgate Lake at Emerald Pointe was modern, clean, and perfectly located on the peaceful pointe of Table Rock Lake. Top of the Rock is less than 15 minutes away. I will definitely be going back there in the future.

Our stay started out great, staff was nice and the place was beautiful. We were looking forward to the activities offered and using the indoor pool. We even added days to our stay, which is where things went downhill. They insisted we pay an additional deposit for the service dog, which we had been told previously was exempt from extra fees. They said they made an exception for us because his size and breed were not allowed under their pet policy as well. This was strange because service animals are not supposed to be subject to "pet rules". The staff became rude and made unkind comments. So we will not be back, and would certainly not recommend their properties. I hope nobody else has to experience the anxiety and upset that this experience caused my family.

Safe gated community. A bit out of town but the view on the property is worth the drive. Recently remodeled. Comfortable bed. Could use sound proofing in between units. However the price paid for the condition of this property made neighbor noise overlookable. Staff very accommodating. I’d stay there again.

We recently booked a last minute two day stay and we were so glad we did! Our villa was beautiful and so clean. The pool was amazing and sparkling clean. Everyone at the front desk was so kind and ensured we had everything we needed! Best of all was the incredible view!! We were blessed with a spectacular sunset over the lake, that we will never forget! Thanks for everything!

Second time staying. Everything was as expected with the exception of the bed was uncomfortable and dirty underneath.
