Despite some initial issues with the front desk, we had a good time at the hotel. We were told we could not sit by the pool until our room was ready because we did not book through the Hilton App, despite that we’re are Hilton Honors Silver Elite members. They finally agreed to include our membership.

It was convenient location for us as Korean restaurants and market was near by. The hotel does not provide water bottles so you would need to bring your own drinking water.

The hotel is great overall—it’s new, clean, modern, and the rooms are spacious. Evalyn, who checked us in, was lovely and very friendly. She kindly let us rest in the lounge while waiting for our rooms and managed to arrange an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated after a long flight. However, I feel the hotel is still so new that there are several areas that could be improved: 1. Understaffed reception: For hours on the first day I only saw one receptionist at the front desk. Whenever they were helping another guest or away from the desk, there was no one available to assist anyone else. 2. Housekeeping knocked too early: We were woken by housekeeping knocking on our door before 9:00 a.m. We had been awake all night on our international flight and were hoping to catch up on some much-needed sleep. This is something we’ve never experienced at other hotels. 3. Fire alarm evacuation: A fire alarm was triggered by a room in the main building, and everyone had to walk down the stairs from the sixth floor. We were travelling with a senior family member who has difficulty using stairs, so this was particularly challenging. While we understand emergencies are unavoidable, it was a stressful experience. 4. Body wash was empty: The body wash dispenser ran out while I was in the middle of a shower, so I couldn’t even finish showering properly. This happened immediately after the room had been serviced, suggesting it wasn’t checked or refilled. 5. Missed housekeeping: Housekeeping is supposed to be provided daily. We only put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign when we don’t want service. We removed the sign the night before, left our used towels on the floor, and even left a tip in the room, but housekeeping never came that day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay because the hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. With better staffing and more consistent housekeeping, it would provide an even better guest experience.

Very nice hotel ! Brand new . Staff are really nice ! Room are big compared to US standard. Nice location outside downtown. Really enjoyed and value for money is really good.

My family stayed at three different Hiltons in LA for this trip, and this one was by far the largest and nicest. It is a new property and the rooms were gigantic. The staff was super helpful and the parking fee ($25/night) was reasonable. Slightly far from Disneyland, but only 30 minutes to Universal. Would highly recommend.
