The location is superb, in a quiet area and very close to main attractions. But the service is zero. I'm travelling with my aunt, we booked twins bed but were provided with a double bed after we checked-in around 5pm. We felt tired after a day's walk so we didn't request for a room change bus just requiring one more quilt for us since there was only one quilt on the doubt bed. When check-in, we were told there's no telephone to communicate with reception, anything needed just scan the QRcode and send message via whatsapp. So we did and waited with patience for 3 hours. In between the time I requested several times in whatsapp for the additional quilt but only the robot responsed no human attended. I had no other choice but only to go out of our room heading downstairs to find any human at reception. Though finally I got one more quilt from the receptionist, but the experience was really frustrating. The reception staff blamed Agoda information was wrong, saying there was no twins bed in such kind of room and told me that he didn't notice any massage requests. I'll say the service quality is essential to hotel and tourist industry, obviously a chatting robot is not capable to reach the standard so far. And the “no-one-notice” scenario to robot message was not just a coincidence, before the quilt issue happened, it already turned out no human was taking care of the whatsapp robot when we sending message asking for 2 cups to our room, which were supposed to be prepared in advance.

Cambridge, a countryside town in the UK. I booked this hotel simply by looking at the reviews, as most people tend to write good ones. The hotel, which I reached after walking for quite a while from Cambridge Station, made me marvel at how carefully they consider even the smallest things. The bedding, the props, and even the toilet paper in the bathroom... This is what true consideration for customers is. They are truly making an effort for their guests. It was perfect. I see why people give it 10 out of 10. No, if it were me, I would give it 12 out of 10. I’m leaving after a wonderful rest.

They should hire & retain staff with hospitality experience, not youngsters following scripts, struggling to use tech!

Generally clean and found all the staffs are very friendly and attentive. Very central to all you need for tourist.

This is the fourth time for me to visit Cambridge & our family is here to attend graduation ceremony this time. We are staying in a one bedroom apartment & the size is perfect for family. The location is impeccable and with walking distance to Central site. It is not luxury but everything in the room is in good condition. Ground floor is both reception area & a stylish coffee restaurant. Will recommend to everyone who visit Cambridge
