Guest Feedback on Stay at KR Inn I stayed at KR Inn, Room No. 109, for 2 nights and checked in late at 11:55 PM on 25/07/2026. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the following issues: 1. No proper room was allotted initially. After arrival, I was shown multiple rooms, all of which had a strong unpleasant odor, and the window curtains were not properly covering the windows, making the stay uncomfortable. The room allocation process took a long time. 2. The service response time was very slow. Calls to the front desk were not attended to promptly. 3. There was no room service menu card available in the room. 4. The hot water flow was extremely low, taking around 15–20 minutes to fill a bucket. 5. Mobile network coverage was poor, and the Wi-Fi was not working. During checkout, I faced significant difficulty paying the food bill online due to the connectivity issues and ultimately had to pay in cash. 6. While checking out, the bill was handed over as a loose printout instead of being presented properly in an envelope. 7. The hotel should appoint professional manpower. It is not worth the money paid. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality of service and guest experience.

직원들 서비스, 시스템은 고급호텔과 유사합니다. 웰컴드링크도 주네요. 시설은 조금 낡은 듯 하지만 룸이 넓고 침대도 큽니다. 티비는 삼성 스마트 티비입니다. 화장실 샤워기가 고정형인 점, 샤워장 칸막이 아래로 물이 바깥ㅇ.로 넘치는 점이 아쉽습니다. 숙박비 대비해서는 만족합니다.
