Room was clean.friendly staff.good location.food is super.only issue this time for me than previous year is this time same room was bit costly and they charge for water also.

The location is convenient, making it easy to explore the area while the cleanliness of the rooms is impressive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Amenities provided are satisfactory, although there's room for improvement in some facilities. Overall, it offers good value for money and a pleasant experience worth considering for future visits.

Overall room and proximity was good. Value for money.

They denied to provide RO water in room & force for self service. There is no fun to buy a water bottle every time

First I would like to mention I booked a room through Agoda for three people (paid for an extra bed), but the room has very little space left having a queen bed so there's no chance of putting another bed. This was quite disappointing for me when I paid extra already. I am not sure whether it's hotel's fault or Agoda's. The hotel is near to bus stand and railway station, with plenty of shops around. There's a restaurant just opposite to the hotel from where they will bring you food. The staffs are courteous and doing daily cleaning, although I have seen plenty of baby cockroaches on daily basis in our room which was informed to the staff but of no use.
