I have booked a room in this hotel for 3 days through Agoda, first they alloted Room 302, as I entered into the room a rat was sitting on bed. Room was completely mesh & stinky though I called them in the morning time regarding cleanness and good bathroom, I requested to the manager to change my room. They shifted me in 304 , which was better than 302. Got a water bottle in complementary which was " Blislery" or etc. AC was behaving like Cooler , alot of noise and water. Next morning I called them for tea. Keeping in waiting and after multiple calls for an hour they said "Staff nahi hai" Same answer for housekeeping, at 3 PM they sent a person for housekeeping after multiple calls. Same repeated for next 3 days. Note: Restaurant is just for name shake . They will give choice to choose this items only. Duplicate water bottle cost you ₹20 bucks. I really don't understand why agoda recommended this on shake of 3star. Lol. Suggestion: sitamarhi is a small town , better to visit and find good hotel rooms according to your budget and to meet your expectations level. There are 22 hotels in this town.
