Property location is excellent- just 400 mtr off from the highway. But unfortunately the property is still under renovation ( specially the room provided to me) the floor / room still had residue white cement in room nd the wire ports were still open - rest was fine quite room bed was fine ( on firmer side but I won’t complain as I prefer firm bed). But I would urge property owner not to rent out under renovation room.

The place is large with well maintained lawn. The rooms has very basic amenities. Large bed, one attached bathroom with geyser. One can opt for non air-conditioning or with air-conditioning as well. That's it. No kettle nor in room tea facilities. Also some basic furniture is missing like side bed table, luggage rack, soap and shampoo dispenser, and above all the bathroom did have strands of hair. Looked as if the room has not been cleaned thoroughly. Anyway, for one night halt only. No food arrangements so come prepared to rest only.

Good value at the price offered. Staff was very helpful, owner a nice person to talk to. Market only 2kms away for any stuff required, property offers quiet stay. Few basic amenities are available on request.

Telling us that there has been a glitch on the website and the hotel team has been requesting the agoda website for corrections and agoda people have not been responding(?)....due to which we have booked a non ac room although it was centrally air conditioned ....he even showed the webpage where their most premium room showed fans in place of air conditioning....i asked whose fault is that ....then he told that to avail the central air-conditioning we shall have to shell out a fee of Rs 300 for which we were not provided any receipt. Then i understood...that till the glitch is helping them loot the customers it is not going to be reported by the hotel team. So i decided to report it in the review. When asked for the bill for food and receipt for the air conditioning fee during the checkout the reception person called Yugandhar told he shall whatsapp us but we have yet not received any bill or receipt. In food we got reheated dal chawal mixed in the name of dal khichdi which may have been stale so we couldn't eat. The staff , the property was having a marriage party in the lawn with loud DJ till about 1 am . The central air-conditioning produced strange noise in the room . One window was.broken and the linen has not been changed since a long time. The property looked like it is in poor hands and it has no concern whatsoever for the traveler. Also , the management is fleecing people in the name of glitch on the website which raises a question on the websites hosting such hotels .

Please start food arrangement process also..rest everything is perfectly fine
