I stayed two nights in this property and I left this property feeling that it did not offer good value for the price charged. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell well below expectations. The property has lack of connectivity. There was virtually no mobile network coverage on the property, and the hotel denied Wi-Fi. Several basic amenities that are commonly expected in hotels, such as a dental kit and milk sachets, were not provided. Service was limited, power cuts were frequent, and housekeeping standards were below expectations. The "complimentary breakfast" was also disappointing, with only two limited options available (Poha or Bread Omelette, along with tea or coffee), and servings were restricted. Apart from a repeat serving of Poha, most additional items came at an extra cost, and only a small selection from the menu was available. At times, the property felt more focused on charging for every small requirement rather than providing a comfortable guest experience. The hotel seemed to be managed more like a family-run establishment than a professionally operated hospitality property. Maintenance was lacking, with bugs visible in several areas and even lizard droppings noticed near the dining area. Cleanliness of some utensils and dining arrangements also required Improvement. The only positives were, the food was tasty, and the beach was easily accessible, which was the highlight of the stay. However, considering the overall experience, I would not consider the property to be good value for money. I feel cheated with what is shown on the site.
