Worst worst hotel i ever stayed Room and washrooms not cleaned Staff shortage only 1-2 persons who handle restaurant and 1-2 persons who attend customer at reception or same persons do housekeeping and same were you can say be manager Apart from this no dine in room service available we reached there at around. Evening 7.30 pm and tired from full day travelling when asked to serve in room they refused and say you have to come in restaurant to eat due to this my husband not have their dinner during stay and yes one more thing to mention please never book with breakfast including as only 2-3 items they serve in breakfast in my stay there was only poha, prantha and fruits available in breakfast and in drinks there only tea available when we asked for other options they said only these options available other are chargeable we paid for juice and for eggs extra There checkin time is 12.00 pm and checkout 9.00 Am seriously there breakfast starts at 8 and 8.30 am morning and in half hour someone have to rush to do their checkout otherwise they charged 1000 rs extra During our stay they occupied one of their room with some boys and girls who make noising and randomly knocking doors at night around 2-3 am midnight they look having drinking and drugging their so basic question is that how can be this stay be family friendly we disappointed to book such cheap hotel blindly trusting agoda

A very good property with not so great location
Huge spacious rooms, well maintained property. There is a stream that runs outside the hotel across the road. Nice views from balcony.

Beautiful well planned spacious decorated well maintained rooms, Suite is par excellence , with great views, sitting area & jacuzzi . Overall enjoyed the stay totally . food. is good but options for jain can be improvised a bit .

Beautiful, well maintained , very nicely decorated rooms, Suite with jacuzzi was highlight , balcony & sitouts, game room, the tranquil atmosphere n sound of water flowing nearby was amazing experience. Good food though can improvise a bit . Quite away from Sonamarg but worth staying .
