Ok for budget stay for 2 adults and one kid. No food facilities at the premises but available close by in plenty.

Very old rooms, bedsheets, very bad beds,(like rocks) for the 2 double rooms we had booked for 2 days. Lots of mosquitoes, had to complain for hot water in the morning on both days.

The property is undergoing maintenance works like painting, hence only ground floor 2 or 3 rooms were only available. The property is located 10 kins walk from temple.

We travelled from Bangalore to Kollur to visit the Mookambika temple. Our bus would reach Kollur at 5 AM or so. Our plan was to go to the temple in the early morning and check out by 11 AM. So, we booked a room from the previous day to the current day. However, it was difficult to make the hotel staff understand this. When we arrived at the hotel in the morning, they had already given our room to someone else. We argued, especially since we had paid the money in advance and talked multiple times with the owner. The staff arranged another room for us, an AC room, and said we have to pay extra. After some more arguing/cajoling, they didn't ask for any extra money. The room was shabby. Hot water was there at low speed.

Nice and comfortable stay
