The property is clean, new, peaceful and offers good view. Staff is quick in cleaning and keeping the place nice and cozy. The only drawback is the facility doesnt have a kitchen and the nearest place to eat is a little far downhill. One will need a car to go there or else the way back would be a steep walk uphill.

In Valparai town, this is one of the neat and clean properties. However, the wall colours and overall finishing theme are not pleasant. There is no common sit-out area to enjoy the garden view for roadside room guests. Considering this, the room price feels too high. Guests staying in garden-view rooms at least get a scenic view and a sit-out area. There is no in-house restaurant. Instead, they provide contact numbers of nearby restaurants for food delivery with service charges. Please add plates also while ordering food. There is no dedicated parking area for the property. They collect the car keys and park the vehicle somewhere else, similar to valet parking. Whenever required, they bring the car back. It is unclear how this would work in case of a midnight emergency. Both my family and a friend’s family got hurt by the bed legs, which are made of welded cube bars. Overall, the property looks like it is finished in a very budget-friendly manner. The reason given for not providing a TV in the rooms is quite interesting — a smart business strategy. No one came to revive the luggage and not helped to bring to room but one guy came while leaving he helped.

Our stay at BelVisto was exceptionally good. Sightseeing spots are conveniently close to the hotel. The ambiance was pleasant, and the balcony view was especially beautiful. The only drawback is that there is no in-house kitchen. They have a tie-up with an external mess, so you’ll need to place food orders through them—but expect some delays in delivery. If you're a non-veg lover, Lakshmi Mess is a good option nearby, and they also accept phone orders. Although the hotel mentions valet parking, it is actually roadside parking. That said, overall, our stay at BelVisto was very enjoyable and comfortable.

Good, clean hotel with fantastic staff and decent view No kitchen, though food is arranged from nearby hotels. No dedicated parking facility. I had to park in a common place next door and my car was dented by another car.

Our stay in Belvisto was good. We stayed there for 2 nights. Rooms were located in surrounding with beautiful valley. Staff was helpful and good. Overall it was a good experience staying in Belvisto.
