We had visited and guess this is our 4th or 5th visit. We love to visit this property but this time we were shocked to see it's state. It was raining - water was dripping in the room, room not maintained,bed was not comfortable. To add to it when I asked an errand boy to get bucket and mug - it was dirty- i told him that to clean and bring - he replied that all are same and that I have to clean I informed Mayuri at reception - she immediately looked into it and took action and the same boy cleaned the bucket and mug and gave us. It is very much required to look into the upkeep of this property. Till date I always used to recommend this property and many have visited based on my words but now I don't think I can - till action is taken by Hostellier. I must add Ms Mayuri at reception and cafetaria staff was good

Location was exceptional, mind blowing view , we too deluxe dorm 4 beds which was very congested .....there should have been more space to keep luggage etc ......the bunk beds are faulty in design ....very difficult to climb up or down without hurting yourself .....be careful .....bathroom was clean and well maintained .......hot water shower would stop after 5 mins .....they should keep 2 chairs to sit outside .....instead of just a shoe rack

Location is awesome Property is neat and clean Food quality is nice Should start non veg food as well and try to improve food service since it takes a long to serve a ordered dish. Overall staycation is good.... Mind relaxing and refreshing....

Stayed in Deluxe Double Hut with lake view. Room tarrif is high considering facilities. Room is small. No wardrobe. You have to keep your luggage in the floor only. No chair, no small table, no drinking glass. Only one old mirror in the Bathroom through which your face will be invisible. In our room, rat used to come in the night through a rat hole which is horrible. Only vegetarian meal is available. Room & bathroom is cleaned. Location of the property is awesome with amazing views. Area is calm and quiet.
