Clean room and good location
We stayed for 2 nights and were impressed by its convenient location to the village. The room was clean and comfortable, and it would be perfect if the engine of the heat is quieter.

Good value!
Stayed at the hotel for two nights over the Thanksgiving weekend. Overall, we had a pleasant experience — the stay included complimentary access to the Gondola and Canopy, which was a great perk. Most of the staff were kind and accommodating, particularly the other front desk representative. However, our interaction with one front desk staff member, Jessica, was less than welcoming, which slightly affected our impression. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay.

Recent Visit Exprience
Overall Exprience was great and staff was helpful and friendly and Location is ideal to explore Blue Mountain but some basic things like slippers and Tooth paste is missing in the room.

We had a really nice stay.. Dylan who looked after our reservation was great ! He was really polite and went out of his way for providing the best experience to us !
