We feel fortunate to have found this property on Agoda. The property is very close to Marayoor Bus Stand, which makes transportation easier and accessing jeep safari a breeze. The surroundings has ample restuarants, bakery, medical shops and fruit stalls, which is an ideal factor for any traveller. The property bewitched us with its cleanliness, design, and its flora. At the back of the property, there is a small water cannel surrounded by rich greenery, ideal for sitting and relaxing at early mornings or evenings. The property also houses several fruit trees worth exploring. The mud house we stayed gives an earthy feel and jungle-like backdrop. The small sitout diagonal to the front door is perfect for sitting and relaxing. The room has a large bed, which comfortably accomodates three adults. The bathroom is large (you can keep loads of comestic in the shelf provided), and has modern facuets and showers. The property has free WiFi but no television, which is the only temporary drawback we noticed. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. The owner of the property arranged us a nice breakfast. The staffs were very friendly and even arranged site-seeing tour with a tuk-tuk driver for half the price of a jeep safari.

Room is neat and clean. But no exhaust fan for toilet, fowl smell, orherwise it is good

Easily accessible ,good customer service and nice atmosphere recommend for family looking for budget stay

Had booked for Budget room. Agoda listing says airconditioner included Hotel owner says not included. Had to pay extra for airconditioned room. And then most of the time no power supply. They did not start the generator. Also no fan in the room. And the bed was touching the wall on both sides. So have climb on to the bed from the leg end. Wrong design.. slightly claustrophobic..

It was a nice experience there. Stay only, with low budget but have neat and clean rooms. Very close to town but feels as a village place ( inside the property). Highly recommend for families..
