Luciana Hotel

I had a an amazing 2 nights in Luciana, the staff is so professional, nice and welcoming. The room is clean and spacious. The VIEW the sea the city everything about it is spectacular, imagine you can see 4 countries from your terrace ❤️❤️. The breakfast is cozy like your own home kitchen. Shouieb is the best receptionist ever many thanks for him. Value for money is key element for the success of this hotel.

The best hotel.. perfecto..

Hotel appears fairly newish: so rooms and facilities and in good order. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Beds and bathrooms are good. Breakfast is limited, but fine. A bit of a stroll to the centre; but manageable, or a short taxi ride. Staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Mr. Osman and lady in the day. Will stay again.

Positive: helpful friendly staff. Negative: no assigned parking for the hotel. Check-in was supposed to be at 12:00 PM, but they asked me to wait for one more hour until until they clean the room, still after more than one hour it was not ready, so they checked me in into another room. The room was minimalist. My bare feet turned black from the amount of dust accumulated on the floor. They need to clean the floor with a wet mop. There's no praying mat nor a sign of praying direction. I didn't try their breakfast.
