This is a beautiful property situated in the serene landscape of Pachmarhi. Located right next to the main road hence easily accessible by any vehicle. Below are my observations. First Impressions: We reached here post sunset and the resort was lit up with Diwali lighting, giving it a mesmerizing look, leading to a perfect first look. Check in: (Rating 5*) Since we had reached late in the day, the rooms were ready & check in process was quick & smooth. The luggage was sent to our rooms on golf carts Rooms: (Rating 2*)We booked 4 Premium Executive Rooms which were spacious for 2 guests with a kid. Putting an extra bed would make it a bit cramped up. The rooms were clean. However one of our rooms was stinking as the exhaust of the bathroom was not working & they didn't have any other room to allot us (which was obvious as no one wants to make the effort) The problem was not solved even after follow ups but the housekeeping team cleaned it & used room freshener. The doors didn't lock which was a major safety issue ( again not rectified) Ambience: (Rating 5*) The whole property was beautiful with lush greenery all around. Very well planned & executed with regular cleaning. Only problem was the menace of the monkeys who would suddenly appear & even barge in the rooms to steal any food items. Food: (Rating 4*) The food was great & tasted good. The restaurant staff was on the toes to cater to all the requests. It's better to take dinner inclusive package. Check out: (Rating 2*) The checkout process was something that was more disappointing after an amazing stay. Even after multiple calls, no one showed up to collect our luggages (for an hour) and we had to carry them ourselves. This wouldn't have been a problem but since it was a huge property, it was troublesome to carry heavy luggage.

Beautiful property with scope for improvement

Pachmarhi in monsoon..!!
The property is newly built and have amazing landscape & Greenery all around.Food is exceptional.Rooms are well maintained but small in size. They should start some indoor activities as well to keep guests engaged throughout the day.
