It’s ok but not so good food is costly and cleanliness is not up to the mark , staff is good

I booked two rooms for two nights. The rooms were not worth Rs. 5000/- per night per room. Considering the facilities, the room tariff should not have been more than Rs. 3000/-.

This place is a disgrace to the word “hotel.” * Filthy rooms with a constant gutter-like stench. * Dirty, stained linens and towels that look reused. * Used toiletries already opened by previous guests. * Broken commode and a TV remote that doesn’t work. * Breakfast is a joke – you’re forced to choose between single option: either parantha or bread egg. Served in plastic plates . Breakfast starts at 08:00 am and at 08:30 they were cleaning the floor between our legs . * * Party hall on the ground floor blasts deafening music with insane bass till midnight – forget about sleep. * What they call a parking is a dump yard with broken things, you park your expensive car at your own risk. * Worst of all, when we complained about the smell, the staff pretended to act surprised, promised to fix it, and then vanished. Never returned. This is the worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this place unless you’re checking in for punishment.

The hotel was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. Service was on time, and the food was delicious. The location was also convenient. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. 👍
