We stayed with my mom, two women. Pros: Attentive and polite stuff Good food for good price Comfortable bed Spacious bathroom Kettle in the room Cons - Building made of the material with poor isolation, when someone walks in the reception there is a shaking and noise in the room underneath where we stayed. There is a large space between the wall and the entrance door, also door doesn’t close easily, requires force - there was a party in the reception on our first night till 4am with loud music, laughter etc. When I asked about it next day, there was no acknowledgment or apology - unless you intend to use the pool it is rather inconvenience because we had to keep the curtains of the room closed so swimmers don’t peak inside So there are parts of this experience we really appreciated but other parts were really uncomfortable resulting in lack of rest. My mom had high BP next day after the sleepless night when there was a party.

The hotel was clean and comfortable
Rooms were spacious, everything was clean. The pool view looks cool, but it does not belong to the hotel. I missed balcony. Rest everything was on point.

Room was good, but staff service needs to improve. There was an undisclosed 10% service charge for room delivery of food. Card payment was also declined, and they asked for an additional 3% to pay by card which I refused.
