The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning. It has a private beach that is genuinely impressive, with beautiful surroundings and plenty to offer. The facilities are excellent on paper — tennis courts, swimming pools, and a well-designed property with stylish décor. Our room was very spacious, which made our stay comfortable. I do have to say that the check-in experience was very good, despite there being no traditional front desk. Francisco was extremely helpful — he knows the hotel inside out and was able to assist us with whatever we needed. His professionalism and support really stood out. Unfortunately, a number of issues took away from the experience. Although the hotel advertises multiple dining options, in reality there is only one on-site restaurant, a buffet that costs €30 per person and is not particularly good. It felt as though guests were being pushed into dining there, and we ended up buying our own food and eating in our room. Several amenities also came with unreasonably high charges. Tennis, for example, costs €26 per hour, which is excessive. Kayaking is outsourced to an external provider, so you never know when it’s available, making it impossible to plan your day. The spa was the most disappointing. We were told we could use the showers, but not informed that entry cost €15 per person until after we went in. A staff member even chased after me to demand payment, which was awkward and unnecessary. The facilities themselves were mediocre — no hot tub, just a very small (and not particularly clean) tub, and even basics like a hairdryer were missing. The service also left a lot to be desired. When I asked the hotel to arrange a transfer to Girona Airport, they first quoted me €200 to Barcelona because they misread my request. After correcting them, I was told it could still be up to €200 to Girona, despite being quoted around €100 previously. The staff were not very responsive or helpful in resolving this. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be incredible thanks to its location, private beach, and design. However, it feels poorly managed, with overpriced amenities, limited dining, and unhelpful service. A real shame, as the setting is truly beautiful.

We didn’t enjoy our stay at the hotel, the staff is not friendly and hospitality level is low. The hotel itself pretty standard and the facilities are boring after 2 days. Almost everything you see in pictures available with extra fee. We were supposed to stay there for 5 nights but we decided to move to another hotel on our last night. NOT RECOMMENDED.

It's a good enough place to stay a few days. If you are going with young kids, be aware about a lot of stairs to go up and down the area. I found the price a bit too high for the value.
