The resort is at the end of the main beach and therefor less busy beach (but still beautiful), no loud noise from bars, clubs or traffic. Very relaxed setting with various bungalows, garden with several seats to chill, directly at the beach. I just missed a restaurant to spend the whole day there. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets are all walkable via the beach or road. Friendly staff, in general clean and hygienic bungalows, but a deep cleaning of the bathroom would be appreciated. Beach towels and chairs provided. Chairs not comfortable for a full day, so I rented a beach bed at neighbouring hotel for 100 baht. Would be great if they accept credit cards, to make payments and deposit (500 baht) easier for guests.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this hotel. Although the rooms are a bit outdated and could benefit from some maintenance, it was not a major issue for us. However, I believe the management should consider upgrading the facilities in the future. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and they made our visit memorable, especially the F&B team, who provided excellent service throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was during check-in. We arrived at around 11:00 AM and were informed that the official check-in time was 2:00 PM. While I completely understand the policy, I believe the hotel could be more flexible when rooms are already available. I work in the hotel industry myself, and I know that guests truly appreciate early check-in whenever possible. In our case, our rooms were ready by 12:00 noon, but the front desk still did not allow us to check in, even after we requested just one of the three rooms we had booked. Unfortunately, there was also a power outage that day, and electricity was not restored until around 4:00 PM. Considering the inconvenience, it would have been a thoughtful gesture for the hotel to offer complimentary drinks or another small token as a service recovery. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff, and with some improvements to guest service during check-in and room maintenance, the experience would be even better.

We enjoyed our stay in here for 2 nights together with my family. We have a good time and the location of the resort is near the beach. On our 1st night, my wife ordered the whole seabass fish with sweet and sour sauce, unfortunately, it was not fresh and we can see inside of the meat was not properly cooked, we assume it was in the freezer for a long time and was not defroze properly. Because of that incident, we try another nearby restaurants around the beach. We only eat at the hotel during breakfast since it was included in the room price. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Good for families but there are a lot of good restaurants that serves good food around the area in walking distance.

The hotel located at Sai Kiew Beach and next to famous bar. Room was clean but the toilet smell poo 24 hours. I was assigned with the room next to the restaurant so disco music and cafe music non stop for almost 18hrs and 1am still heard some body shouting surrounding. Majority guests are from local and fewer of foreigners. The staff are friendly and nice so far. Personally feel Koh Samet is too commercial and not worth for me to take 5hrs journey including traffic jam from Bangkok and the sea water is not really crystal clear as koh lipe or phi phi island.
