The staffs couldn't speak and understand English properly. The location was far away from the town. Not easily accessible with public transport. Better choice if you have private transport. View is amazing. Felt like we were staying on the beach. No crowd at all. Very good for detaching yourself from the world. At night there's no sound apart from the sound of the waves. Overall amazing stay.

Great place to relax.

This is my second time staying for about 10 days in the beachfront, duplex style concrete bungalow. It is very relaxing and quiet location on well-kept grounds and the owners dogs are lovely. So what’s the problem? the first problem was running water. For what I paid for this bungalow I expect running water. Due to a community wide problem. There was no water from mid morning to about six in the evening. This is Thailand. These things happen. It explained the massive vat of water in the bathroom that had not been there my previous visit. Had the water in the vat been clean. I would’ve simply bathed with it, and been slightly less grumpy about not having a shower. Unfortunately, it had ponds, growing on it, and I would not touch it. PS shower anxiety would not usually be an issue for me but what I come to this town for is to volunteer at a local dog sanctuary. By the time I finish up mid afternoon, I stink. the second problem was the owner. I take my small business owners with their quirks and poor boundaries at times in stride, especially in a place like Thailand, but there are limits. My limit was the owner knocking on the glass door as I stood naked in the doorway to the bathroom clearly about to get in the shower. I darted into the bathroom expecting she had noted that I was nude and would come back later. She continue to knock I wrapped myself in a towel. The only thing available to see what she wanted. Her English is very limited so I was confused about particulars but it was about getting paid. I had already been charged by Agoda. At this point, I lost patience ordered her from my room, call Agoda and they did deal with it. I realize part of these problems are based on language barriers, without which this would be a much nicer place to stay as a solowoman traveler who’s top priorities are quiet, clean, and little hassle. It was a bit much.

Beautiful location on beach. Rooms clean but could do with some renovation. I would expect more modern and updated rooms for the price. Staff attentive and helpful.
