Arrived midnight exhausted no water in fridge. Only 2 hangers each . Found that fridge was set at 1 which was not worth using so drinks still warm. Asked for a key for my wife and he made up a story that they were out of more key cards then said it won’t open door if leave key in. Then what really upset me was that he could see the temperature I was setting Air Con to and decided to control the fan speed AND the temperature to around 20 degrees leaving me no control over it at all. They even wanted a staggering 10Euros for change of towels meaning we had to use same towels for 3 days. I had to pay 40 euros for breakfast each morning after what we paid for stay. I would certainly look elsewhere and avoid this hotel as in my opinion they want your money but don’t want you to cost them anymore than what they can get away with. This is the first review I have ever done on a hotel however I felt that it is important that anyone looking are aware of the facts
