At around 3 million VND per night, our stay at Swiss-Belresort Solavita Binh Tien was decent, though there is clear room for improvement if they want to live up to their 4-star branding. The Upsides: The resort boasts a truly spectacular location along a scenic coastal route. Upon entering, the rooms felt tidy, well-organized, and visually inviting. I particularly appreciated the plush, comfortable pillows provided. Also, the master bedroom mattress offered excellent support for a restful night's sleep. While the nearby beach is absolutely beautiful, it is a bit of a distance from the main property—thankfully, the resort's complimentary electric shuttle service made the commute manageable. The Downsides (Where they fall short): The biggest issue here lies in property maintenance and housekeeping. The overall finishing touches feel neglected. The outdoor grounds were cluttered with fallen leaves that rarely seemed to be swept. Inside the room, dust was noticeable, and we even spotted remnant insect carcasses. The glassware in the room hadn’t been thoroughly washed, and the bath towels were stained with visible discoloration. Furthermore, while the master bed was great, the mattresses in the smaller rooms were uncomfortably hard. Lastly, the dining facility is on the smaller side, and both the kitchen and service staff performed at a very average level, lacking the professional polish you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Verdict: It's an okay option for a weekend getaway given the price point, but definitely not a 5-star experience. Their service facilities are just so so, not good enough, the beach is desert and dirty without tree shade. The pool is small and not hygienic. Food and beverages are terrible and expensive not valuable for money. They confirmed they would offer my group 2 king-bedded rooms but at last they said they had reserved for another. Funny ! Only a good value is the villas itself.

Luxury villa, beautiful beach, and modern facilities. However, there are a few minor drawbacks: 1. Late and not very thorough housekeeping compared to hotel standards (it seems to depend on the staff member). For example, there was a cockroach in the living room that appeared not to have been swept away, as it was still there after cleaning. The table also had many stains and grime marks that were not properly cleaned. 2. The food was not stored according to proper hotel standards. For example, the prawn crackers were very dry and stale, and the fried glass noodles were similar, with many strands becoming dry and hard. 3. The beach had quite a lot of litter, such as plastic bags and snack wrappers. It seems that many local visitors and campers eat and drink on the beach but lack awareness about keeping the area clean >.< If these issues were improved, the place would be perfect. The staff were friendly.

Spacious and beautiful villa that is newly built. The beach is within walking distance and they have buggy carts to take you there. Binh Tien beach is pristine with white soft sand, however there was no lifeguards and also many rubbish. The water is crystal clear. You need car to go around the area, otherwise you just eat at the resort. Don't eat in Binh Tien Village, especially Hong Nhan 4, seafood was overcooked.
