Very disappointing security service in the hotel basement. As someone who works in the service industry, I felt deeply disrespected. Is it because I came on a motorcycle that I was treated poorly and underestimated? When I was about to leave the hotel, the motorcycle parking area in the basement was extremely disorganized. My motorcycle could not get out, yet the security officer did nothing. Instead of helping, he just stood there and played with his phone. I had to rearrange other people’s motorcycles by myself so that I could leave. Even then, he remained silent and showed no initiative to help. When I finally moved my motorcycle backward, he approached me only to ask for my vehicle registration, while still looking at his phone. His attitude was very impolite and unprofessional. His name is Johan. I am extremely disappointed with his behavior, and it seriously damages the hotel’s reputation. I hope the management will take this issue seriously and improve their security service in the future.
