Awesome space with two bunkbeds and friendly staffs. Perfect if you are in Samal for day tour and you’d like to stay somewhere cheaper at night. Good wifi connection and tv with Netflix too. It is also in the quiet area so you’ll have sound sleep. Probably would be good if the living room has AC too so it will be more comfy to stay in the living room especially those staying in the bunkbed outside the rooms.

Great place that is near the market
I booked the place a couple of hours before our scheduled checkin. We didn't book days ahead because we have no definite day as to when we're arriving. We are a group of 4 on a road trip from Iligan. The place wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. There were some cobwebs and dust but the beddings and towels were already provided for. The maintainance person arrived and just changed one of the pillowcases but didn't clean because we were already inside the unit. (We arrived before her). Overall, our stay was great. The wifi is working well. The place is near the market so we were able to get supplies and food after our check in. We were able to use all amenities and we cooked our meals and food for our tour the next day.

The place is very clean, organized and has complete utensils for cooking. The owner is also very responsive. The location is just near to the convenience stores and market. I guess the place needs to improve their airconditioning in the room we used but everything is perfectly fine.
