Area is nice. Access to the beach is quite a walk. Beach doesn’t seem to be swimmable, as it is very near a mangrove area. No restaurants nearby, you can order to their kitchen but they will give you fix rate but will not tell you what kind of food will be served as there is no menu. Breakfast was very carb heavy and very few protein. I like the variety of fruits though. Accessibility is difficult. Tricycle fee is very expensive, a 12 minute trike ride will cost 150-300 just to buy food. We had to go to another resort to eat and swim.

We stayed at Lazy Tiki for 3 nights, and honestly, I would not recommend it — not just for families or seniors, but for any traveler. Here’s why: 1. Location – far, inconvenient, and expensive to access The resort is 25–30 minutes away from the town center, and transportation costs around ₱200–₱300 per trip. There are no nearby restaurants or convenience stores, so every meal has to be ordered from their own kitchen — which becomes a problem because… 2. Food – expensive and not very good The food is limited, basic in taste, and overpriced for what you get. With no other dining options nearby, you end up spending more than you should for meals that aren’t satisfying. 3. Beach area – not nice at all The beachfront is murky, not swimmable, and not relaxing. There are many other towns in Guimaras — Jordan, Buenavista, Nueva Valencia — with far better beaches and more scenic, enjoyable shorelines. Lazy Tiki’s beach simply doesn’t deliver. 4. Customer service – disappointing and inconsiderate This was the most frustrating part of our stay. We initially booked a room for two persons because that was the only ground-floor room available. We told them we were willing to pay for an additional guest — a very standard request in most resorts. But upon arrival, we were told they would not allow it and that we needed to find another place to stay. This happened late at night (around 6pm), after a long day of traveling. What made it even worse was discovering later on that they actually had an extra room available, but still refused to accommodate us properly until after multiple pleas. The entire interaction felt cold, unwelcoming, and inconsiderate. 5. Housekeeping – no daily cleaning For a 3-night stay, there was no automatic daily cleaning. You need to specifically request housekeeping — otherwise, they won’t clean the room. For the price, this is not acceptable. 6. The resort itself – average at best The place looks relaxing in photos, and the vibe is simple and quiet — but nothing special. And when you compare it to resorts in Jordan or Nueva Valencia, which offer: better beaches better service closer access to food more tourist spots similar or even lower prices …it becomes clear that Lazy Tiki is not worth the cost or effort. Overall Impression Lazy Tiki may look nice at first glance, but the overall experience — inconvenient location, expensive food, poor customer service, lack of daily housekeeping, and a disappointing beach — makes it not worth staying in. There are many other towns in Guimaras with the same or better features but far better hospitality, service, and value for money.

Lush greenery has tropical relaxed feeling of surroundings. Swimming pool steps from the accommodations. Breakfast was delicious & hosts both accommodating & affable. Went out of their way to assist us in making a very comfortable &!enjoyable experience. Recommended 100%.

The property offers spacious rooms and clean bathrooms, complemented by a well-maintained pool and attentive housekeeping. Staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Google map location is accurate enough to point us to the location. Overall, great value for the money.
