The place is very good, clean, relaxing and calm.. the food isn’t good because its too pricey and minimal variety or food choices in the menu. The front desk staff, spa staff, room service are very accommodating and nice. But the staff the staff at the restaurant are not. We request to serve us a freshly cooked eggs (should be warm upon serving) and he acknowledge it but still he serve us cold.

Stayed for 1night and satisfied with the service. - only wish that they mentioned the 2K cash deposit upon check in on the listing. Nevertheless I can see myself going back and staying in the future.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, warmly greeting us upon arrival. The room came with towels, shampoo and shower gel, a toothbrush kit, a pitcher of water, and coffee, as expected. We noticed a line of ants coming from the shower tiles, but room service promptly responded, apologized, and sprayed the area carefully to avoid affecting the rest of the room. The highlight of this trip was the relaxing view of the mountains, sunset, and lush greenery, which attracted various bird species. For food, we enjoyed nachos for snacks, kare-kare and corn soup for dinner, and tapa with Lucban longganisa for breakfast — all superb in taste, texture, and presentation. I definitely want to return, this time with my parents. While there were some small insects and plant debris on one side of the pool (understandable given the surrounding plants), staff quickly responded to our cleaning request and thoroughly cleaned the area. The pool’s slightly warm temperature made it especially relaxing, and the continuous flow of water reassured us of its cleanliness. Some areas for improvement: Seal gaps in the CR to prevent ants from entering. Maintain the shower area near the pool. Address the termite colony in the wooden frame beside the pool, as it’s in direct contact with the soil. I look forward to returning once the ongoing construction is completed to experience even more.

Pros: 1. The room was big enough for family. 2. The place where so romantic especially at night and big point especially for couples 3. Inside there was big place for restaurant and Cafe Bar which was so good. 4. The staff was so accomodating and friendly. 5. The food and serving was nice. 6. There where many restaurant outside of this place if you want different ambience. 7. The pool was heated which my family loves it. Cons: 1. The place was so small preventing you to walk and enjoy the scenery. 2. Since the place was near the forest there where many insects especially the black ants they are entering inside our room to spy our food in the table😂. 3. Our room where near the coconut tree and its leaves where hitting the roof of our room causing a loud bang sound making me feel shock due to the unpleasant sound. 4. Since the pool was small the children 4 feet below cannot enjoy swimming because there was no place for the small children to stay I need to carry my 4 yrs old son all the time during our swimming. 5. The parking is also small and in inclined position, I experience my car even in hand break it move and slide forward luckily I manage to break harder and put something on my tire as wedge for safety. 6. The most thing I hate was our water quality in our room it was yellowish color, I tried many time to call them and they said they were doing something already but until the day we check out the water color still yellowish😭 7. The shower floor was to slippery and the were no ledge to prevent water to flow outside the shower floor.

Mababait ang staff.. and the food is good😊
