First day at the hotel. The water heater was not working at first and needed to be switched on, but this was not explained. The room also had a slight smell, and the TV came without a remote control. I informed the reception, but no action was taken. Even after the room was marked for housekeeping, the issues were not resolved, and I had to go down to reception myself to request new towels. There is a laundry service available, but clothes must be sent in the morning, and they are usually returned by afternoon, Insya’Allah. I stayed here for 4 nights. The good point is the location — there are many nearby places to get food, drinks, and medicine, which is very convenient. The area itself is good. Overall, I can recommend this place, but I suggest choosing a more expensive room for better comfort.
